  4. Under Admin Username, write access@blitzmetrics.com.
  5. Under Admin Password, write a password.
  6. Under Theme, select Vanilla.
  7. Click Submit.

If the new site domain you have submitted is a subdomain on the Dashboard root domain (ex. cool-agency.blitzlistings.com) then the site submission process is complete.

If the site domain is a custom domain (ex. cool-marketing-agency.com) then there are several other steps you must follow to point the domain at the new site. Be aware that subdomains on custom domains are not supported by the site builder. So, cool-marketing-agency.com is fine, but site2.cool-marketing-agency.com is not.

Do not undertake this process if the domain is being used by other services – including email, websites, validation, apps, etc. These services will no longer work once the nameservers are changed.

On submission, you will see a popup similar to the image below.

You’ll be providing that list of nameservers to the domain registrar/DNS host. These instructions are for GoDaddy (the registrar used by BlitzMetrics), but will be roughly similar for other registrars and DNS hosts.

1. log in to GoDaddy. Navigate to ‘Manage My Products” → “Domains”.  Select the domain you already submitted via the site builder. This will take you to the “Domain Settings” screen.

2. Under the “Additional Settings” card, click the “Manage DNS” button. (See Screenshot.)

3. On the “Manage DNS” screen, click the “Update” button on the “Nameservers” card.

4. On the “Edit Nameservers” dialog, choose “Enter my own nameservers (advanced).”

5. Enter the 4 nameservers provided during the site-submission

process.

6. Click “Save.” If you encounter a confirmation popup for nameserver changes, click the checkbox and “Continue.”

It can take 24-48 hours for the DNS changes to propagate.
